A 2021 Released Movie

This is a very funny movie!!!

“The Miracle Center” was released on the 1st of January 2021, I feel this movie is going to go places this year as it resonates with the typical Nigerian society from the government to its impact on the citizens.

“The Miracle Centre” indeed was very hilarious and as it is intended to be a comedic type of film that mirrors the grassroot corruption in the Nigerian educational system and its effects on society today.

This brilliant movie starred some of Nigeria’s best actors from the A-list which included Femi Adebayo, Ayo Mogaji, Yemi Sodimu, Afeez ‘Saka’ Oyetoro, Odunalade Adekola, Rachael Okonkwo and also instagram sensation Etinosa Idemudia and comic skit maker Samuel “Broda Shaggi” Perry, Woli “Ayo Ajewole” Agba and a host of other brilliant actors.

In the movie, characterization was a major winning factor for example Afeez Oyetoro (Agbabiaka) and Femi Adebayo (Elendu) successfully mimic the mannerisms of a typical Nigerian who seize opportunity given to the public to their own advantages, while veteran actor Yemi Sodimu (Mr Greg) gives a perfect command of the English language as a no nonsense principal, who comes to restore sanity and make Panya Grammar school students embrace real education which will benefit their future.

Instagram sensational breakthrough, Etinosa Idemudia (Lucy) played her role perfect as an NYSC copper who is posted to Panya Grammar school to serve and is shocked with all she witnesses, from the school Vice Principal Afeez Oyetoro (Agbabiaka) and Muyiwa Donald (Mr Osas), who played a very funny teacher whose creepy love advances towards Etinosa Idemudia (Lucy) the NYSC copper will crack up any movie lover.

Odunalade Adekola plays the role of a taxi driver and Femi Adebayo, whose crooked school bursar is such a very funny sight to behold, are both excellent in the film. The main showdown of the movie is the protest masterminded by Afeez Oyetoro (Agbabiaka) after other hilarious plots fail to get rid of the innocent principal Yemi Sodimu (Mr Greg), with the Nigerian Police force shown in a positive light.

Moreover, thumbs up to the producer, Bode Odetoye, director, Niyi Towolawi who did a fabulous job with the editing of the movie with brilliant transition of scenes, the Director of Photography, Adedapo Idowu did a sterling job with his camera angles and composition, and also and set designer for giving it a brilliant look and feel.
